At Picckie, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all our users. Because our services involve instant digital delivery through AI-generated product images and credit packs, our return and refund terms are designed to be clear and fair.


1. Digital Products & Credits

Picckie sells digital credit packs that allow you to generate AI-powered product images.
Since credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, credit purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that issues can occur. Refunds may be considered under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

Credits purchased were not used at all

If you have purchased a credit pack but none of the credits have been used, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Technical issues

If you face the following issues, we may offer a refund or replacement credits:

  • Credits were deducted but images were not generated.

  • A platform error prevented you from using your credits.

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double-purchase.

Failed or low-quality output caused by system errors

If AI results are repeatedly corrupted due to a platform malfunction (not user input), we may issue replacement credits.

Note: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with creative style or AI interpretation, as results vary based on prompts and input quality.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Credits that have already been used.

  • AI results that differ from user expectations.

  • Incorrect prompts or faulty image uploads.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Promotional or discounted credit packs.


4. Replacement Credits

In many cases, instead of refunds, we may provide replacement credits if:

  • Images fail to generate.

  • Credits were deducted due to a technical glitch.

This allows you to continue using Picckie without interruption.
